Return your item within 30 days of receiving it — item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase to start a return. Contact us at connect@skyvafit.com to initiate the process.

🔃 Exchanges
Want a different item? Simply return your original order once accepted, then place a new order for the item you want. It's the fastest way to get exactly what you need.

📦 EU Orders
EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed. Same conditions apply: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
